 NYSA Conference in Niagara Falls

 The NYSA Conference 2002 is beginning to take shape. Our committee has been at work to make this conference the most exciting and meaningful one we have had to date. The conference will be held in Niagara Falls, New York, at the Holiday Inn Select, October 11-13, 2002. We hope many of you will take advantage of the outstanding workshops we have planned for all who are interested in becoming more knowledgeable and aware of how to help ourselves and others cope with hearing loss.

Our mission at this conference will be to provide education, and to advocate for all hard of hearing people, their families and friends in a supportive environment. The conference would be convenient to New York State, contiguous states and Canadians who are hard of hearing, their families, friends, healthcare professionals and parents of children with hearing loss. We have planned special workshops for parents of hard of hearing children. Child care will be available for parents wishing to bring their children. We have entertainment and a banquet planned for Saturday evening and local trips to the Falls for all who wish to see this "wonder of the world!"

Please save the date and plan to be with us October 11-13, 2002.
